About the project:
New Power Electrics, known for their innovative electrical and award-winning lighting solutions, recently teamed up with Studio100, a company renowned for its cutting-edge lighting designs, to create an extraordinary private car garage. This isn’t just any garage; it’s a multifunctional space that marries the owner’s love for cars with an unparalleled entertainment experience, featuring an in-built cinema and bar.
The project is a testament to modern design and technology, aimed at enthusiasts who appreciate the luxury of viewing their prized automobile collection in a setting that rivals the comfort and sophistication of high-end lounges.
The garage itself is constructed with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each vehicle is displayed in the best possible light, with advanced lighting systems that highlight the sleek lines and unique features of each car.
What we delivered:
BASE LEVEL JOINERY & FEATURE LIGHTING:
- Mini spotlights located within display joinery.
- LED strip lighting to mechanics display joinery.
- Gobo projector mounted on ceiling with image of racing flags projected onto wall area behind Bay 02.
- Decorative wall sconce.
GENERAL LIGHTING:
- Perimeter detail with P50 shadowline and LED lighting to highlight perimeter walls.
- LED strip lighting mounted to I-beam to uplight into ceiling coves above driveway circulation.
BAY 04 SUPERCAR RAMP LIGHTING:
- RGBW LED striplighting to supercar ramp underside
BAY 04 SUPERCAR ACCENT LIGHTING:
- Suspended track system above Supercars with linear indirect uplighting to ceiling and spotlights to accent the supercars and provide general lighting to the immediate surrounds.
PARKING BAYS:
- Recessed trimless LED linear extrusion to Bay 01.
- Recessed trimless track with spotlights to accent Bay 02.
- Recessed downlight with integrated adjustable spotlight to accent Bay 03.
- Trimless downlight to accent Bay 05.
- Trimless downlights to highlight the general car area.
DRIVEWAY ACCENT:
- Surface mounted LED extrusion in chevron style layout to driveway coffer area.
GYM & CAMERA LOUNGE:
- Recessed trimless LED extrusion surrounding camera lounge.
- Recessed trimless LED downlights to provide general lighting within the lounge area.
CINEMA:
- Concealed LED linear lighting to stair nosing to highlight steps.
- Decorative wall sconce.
- Fibre optic custom star ceiling effect.
- Recessed trimless downlight to provide general lighting.
BAR:
- Concealed LED linear lighting to bar display.
- Concealed LED linear to bottle display above bar.
- LED linear lighting to bar worktop.
- Concealed LED Linear to bar front.
- Decorative wall sconce.
- Cordless rechargeable table lamp.
- Decorative Floor lamp.
