Fairfield RSL Club is a renowned community center located in the heart of Fairfield, offering a wide range of recreational and dining facilities. The recent expansion and modernization project aimed to enhance the club’s amenities, ensuring it remains a top destination for entertainment and social gatherings.

The project involved significant upgrades to the club’s infrastructure, aligning with its vision for innovation and community service.

New Power Electrics (NPE) was strategically chosen to spearhead the electrical modernization of the Fairfield RSL Club.

Our reputation for delivering cutting-edge electrical solutions and seamless project execution made us the ideal partner for this ambitious undertaking.

NPE’s role was to devise a comprehensive electrical design that would support the club’s expanded facilities and future-proof its infrastructure.

Our scope of work included a meticulous approach to the electrical framework, ensuring optimal performance and sustainability. This involved coordinating with architects and project managers to align electrical systems with the club’s operational requirements.

Initial stage:

• Systematic disconnection of outdated electrical frameworks to pave the way for new installations.

Electrical Infrastructure:

• Establishment of a new electrical supply, integrated with the local grid network.
• Development of a robust main switchboard with advanced metering capabilities.
• Installation of an extensive underground conduit system, featuring 900m of trenching and over 6km of cabling.
• Construction of a main distribution board to centralize electrical operations.

Lighting Systems and Power Distribution:

• Implementation of a state-of-the-art Dali Lighting control system for efficient energy management.
• Provision of power supply to newly constructed kitchen and dining areas.
• Comprehensive analysis and adjustment of lighting lux levels for optimal ambiance.

Structural Installation and Documentation:

• On-site installation of 4 x 20m lighting poles and 8 x 10m poles to enhance visibility around the premises.
• Delivery of comprehensive technical drawings for future reference.
