New Power Electrics (NPE) was selected as the electrical contractor for the Branksome Hotel project due to our extensive experience in delivering high-quality electrical solutions for hospitality venues. Our team was involved from the early design phases, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration of modern electrical systems that complement the hotel’s aesthetic and functional needs.

Our scope of work included a comprehensive redesign of the hotel’s electrical infrastructure, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency while maintaining the elegance and sophistication that the Branksome Hotel is renowned for.

Initial stage:

• Comprehensive assessment and disconnection of outdated electrical systems.

Electrical Infrastructure:

• Installation of a new state-of-the-art electrical supply system directly connected to the city’s power grid.
• Implementation of a centralized main switchboard with advanced metering capabilities.
• Extensive underground conduit and cabling network to support the hotel’s expansive layout.

Lighting Systems and Power Distribution:

• Deployment of a cutting-edge Dali Lighting control system for optimal atmosphere and energy savings.
• Power distribution to all guest rooms, conference facilities, and recreational areas.
• Precision measurement of lighting levels to ensure optimal illumination and ambiance in all hotel areas.

Structural Installation and Documentation:

• Coordination and erection of custom-designed lighting fixtures and power poles tailored to fit the hotel’s unique style.
• Provision of detailed technical drawings to support ongoing maintenance and future upgrades.
